Business Financial Health Scorecard
Enter 7 numbers and get a CFO-built grade across the six things that decide whether your business is building value or leaking it.
What comes back
Most owners can tell you their revenue and their bank balance and very little in between. The scorecard fills that gap in about two minutes: you enter seven figures from a recent profit and loss statement and balance sheet, and it grades the business across six dimensions, shows the numbers behind each grade, and names the three fixes a fractional CFO would work on first.
It is the same triage that opens a paid engagement. Nothing to install, no access to your accounting system, and the result is yours to act on with or without a conversation afterwards.
The six dimensions it grades
Profitability
Whether the business keeps enough of what it earns, and how that has moved.
Cash runway
How many months of operating cost the current balance covers at present burn.
Margins
What is left after the cost of delivering, and whether pricing has kept pace with cost.
Collections
How long the business waits to be paid, and how much of that wait it is financing.
Growth
Whether revenue is compounding or refilling, and what that growth is consuming.
Visibility
Whether the numbers arrive in time to act on, or only in time to explain.
Common questions
What do I get back from the scorecard?
A grade across six dimensions of financial health, the specific figures behind each grade, and the three fixes a fractional CFO would prioritise first for a business in that position. It is the same triage that opens a paid engagement, run on the numbers you enter.
What numbers do I need to have ready?
Seven figures you can pull from a recent profit and loss statement and balance sheet: revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, cash on hand, accounts receivable, accounts payable and prior-year revenue. Approximate figures still produce a useful grade.
How long does it take?
About two minutes once the numbers are in front of you. There is nothing to install and nothing to connect, and your accounting system stays untouched.
Do I have to book a call afterwards?
No. The grade and the three fixes are yours to act on however you choose, including on your own or with your existing accountant. A call is available if you want to go through the result together.
Is this financial advice?
It is a diagnostic, not advice. It reads the numbers you enter and tells you which areas look strongest and weakest against how a CFO would frame them. Decisions about your specific circumstances belong with you and your professional advisors.
What happens to the numbers I enter?
They are used to produce your scorecard. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and no accounting system access is requested at any point.
